Every order is treated as a separate project. Determining factors for project management are costs and schedule in order to ensure that the order can be completed on time and within budget. Each project engineer supervises the project at every phase, providing ongoing monitoring of quality, technical specifications and design. FOCKE & CO runs a host of projects worldwide.
